Runner-up finish at 81 Speedway

Tanner Mullens made his lone start of the rain-plagued weekend on Saturday afternoon at 81 Speedway (Park City, Kan.). Following a fifth-to-first showing in his heat, Mullens jumped up one spot in the 20-lap feature to place second. He trailed Tad Davis to the checkers with Josh Lanterman coming in third.
